Whether you’re coming from a visa-exempt country or need assistance with your visa application, we’re here to make your visit as smooth and productive as possible.

1. Visit us in Japan

For visa-exempt countries:

If you are from a visa-exempt country, you are welcome to visit us in
Japan. We will provide accommodation during your stay. You can visit
auctions to select the vehicles you wish to purchase for dismantling.

For countries requiring a visa:

If you need a visa, we will send an invitation letter upon receiving a 100%
advance payment for your intended purchase.
We understand the importance of trust and assure you that our invitation is
based on a genuine offer to facilitate your purchase.

2. Place your order remotely

If visiting Japan is not feasible, you can easily place your order from overseas
through the following steps:
  • Email Us Your Requirements: Specify if you want whole cars, half cuts, or fully dismantled vehicles, including the make, model, and year.
  • Receive a Competitive Quote: We’ll provide an accurate quote covering vehicle cost, transportation, dismantling, and shipping.
  • Invoice and Payment: Upon agreeing to our quote, make a down payment to initiate the purchase. Balance payment is required after purchase for dismantling and shipping processes.
  • Auction Transparency: Gain direct access to the auction house to verify the purchase prices of your vehicles.
  • Inspection Option: Arrange for a third-party inspection at our yard for complete transparency.

Our services in Japan

  1. Access to auctions for mint condition vehicles.
  2. A vast network of auto dealers providing both right and left-hand drive vehicles.
  3. Assistance in making informed purchasing decisions.
  4. Competitive transportation costs from the auction house to our yard for dismantling.
  5. Professional dismantling, packing, and container loading services, including half cuts or full vehicle shipping options.

Container options:

  • Whole Cars: 2 to 7 cars per 40ft high cube container.
  • Half Cuts: 14 to 16 units per container.
  • Fully Dismantled Cars: 30 to 40 units per container.

Timeline:

  • The entire process from purchase to shipping takes a maximum of 30 days from the date of your deposit.

Our transparent process:

  • We will offer a detailed invoice with a breakdown of costs for the vehicles, transportation, dismantling, vanning, and shipping.
  • A down payment is required to initiate the purchase, followed by the balance for dismantling and shipping.
  • You will have direct access to auction prices and the option for third-party inspection of the process.
